Hotel a South Myrtle Beach

“The indoor and outdoor pool looked nice and the water was clear. We did not use the pools or hot tub. We stayed at the beach. ”

“Staff was rude, no one ever came to check our rooms and when we asked for clean towels they said we had to wait to 11am to get towels. We never did! . Mind you we were there for 5 days and never had anyone come to the room to restock toilet paper, coffee, towels and etc.. They don't provide conditioner and they don't provide pool towels. They don't really have an indoor pool and hot tubs are have warm water. The best part of the hotel was that it was beach front property. ”

“The property did not have clean towels at any of the pools and the shower coming from the beach did not work. Also, the rooms did not have the basic necessities like shower caps, shampoo, and conditioner. I did enjoy the breakfast buffet and the live music from the deck. The staff was very friendly.”

“The beach view was great! We did not go to the outdoor pool. Went to the indoor pool to go in the hot tub. It was too hot. There was not much seating in the indoor area. The pool/hot tub was ok I guess. It’s kind of old and run down. Our room was fine except for the air conditioner leaking on the floor. The kitchen floor was pretty dirty and sandy. There was also very clearly blood on the toilet seat. We had to go to the store and buy wipes to clean it and the kitchen floor. The shower head also...

“When i got to the room it hadn't been vacuumed, very old and dresser drawers would not stay closed, went to take a shower and someone was banging on the door so i got out of the shower ,i was naked and an employee was entering ,as i shut the door on him he said that he was informed that i want a different room i said no i didn't request it and that doesn't give him the right to enter for any reason. Told 2 managers and and heard nothing , when i finally confronted one she blew it off saying he...

“Property is very outdated. The linens and pillows are very worn. There was only cable TV, which was a little frustrating (couldn’t change the input to HDMI to stream or play video game). With that being said the room was clean, it is perfectly located on the beach (big plus), and the staff was very friendly. I know what to expect now and will visit again for a day trip”

“The staff was amazing at helping with loud guests on our hallway; however, the property showed lots of aging and some areas were not clean with visible trash on the floor. Would have also enjoyed an on-site breakfast option.”

“Very few frills like no coffee or breakfast but the staff's friendliness and helpfulness more than made up for that! The beach is literally just a few steps away! I actually saw a super pod of dolphins feeding within 30 yards of the shore!!”
