“The room was clean but the hotel halls smelled like weed, and the elevators had not air flow and was hotter then hot. We would stay again but they need to fix the issues.”

“First of all the room was very small It looks much bigger online the bedroom doesn’t even have a door no privacy whatsoever. The door to the balcony does not even lock, but it was a clean room. The pools had trash in them. There’s nowhere to park. You have to park across the road then there are homeless people all around your vehicles at night would not recommend Bluewater resort to anyone.”

“It was not a good experience for my family. The air conditioning was not adequate to cool the room properly, and the pool was not clean. There was also constant noise from both the elevator and aircraft, as the hotel is located very close to the airport and an aircraft tour station. We ended up leaving one day earlier than planned. Overall, considering the price, we found this to be a poor value.”

“We had the room right by the tiki bar, so all day and night it smelled like fried food. People in the hallway yelling and screaming late into the night made it very difficult to sleep. Overall not the best experience; would not stay here again.”

“The resort is an amazing location for families. It was my first time traveling with my 18mth old and teen and they both had an amazing time. The staff were all friendly and the amenities and food were great. This has become a family favorite and we will be back next year. Huge thanks to the front desk ladies, they were amazing and swift answering or assisting with any questions that I had.”

“I was a bit surprised by the room I got. It had a great view and it was clean. The property itself is very very outdated. I liked that there was more than one pool. The elevator was not available for the 7th floor so that’s something to keep in mind if you’re unable to use the stairs. Overall not bad.”

“The room was filthy my grandson was with me and his bed had a message carved into the headboard it stated ( I f***for funds) very unacceptable and the pool was nasty and locked it was so bad I checked out a day early and was so upset I cut the whole trip short checked out and went home and I also woke up itchy with red bite marks probably from bedbugs as a matter of fact I need my money refunded from the second night”

“Checked in late with security as the front desk isn’t 24 hours. Security was quick & helpful. Got our room, it was an ADA room which normally wouldn’t be a problem. Please note, we did not book an ADA room. There isn’t a lip on the shower and the entire bathroom flooded from one 10 minute shower. The drain is higher than the floor. When I say flooded, all around the vanity, toliet, and washer/drier unit. The next day the front desk staff changed our room and the rest of the trip was great. Lots...
