“The rooms were not cleaned or trash taken out unless requested, carpet in room dirty, shampoo empty, room very small with no desk, large amount of dogs, free breakfast was not resupplied and ate elsewhere, pool area was over crowded , snack bar was never opened in trailer in pool area, the bar area was open on my second day, gate to beach had a lock system that did not work all the time. “Most of the staff just seem like they were forced to be there. Which was really disappointing, staff picked and choice what rules they wanted to follow or just made up stuff as they went along. For this to be a friendly kids resort. I’m not sure why kids weren’t allowed in lounge area. Not even a breastfeeding infant. “Check in is confusing, 3 hotels check in at one of the 3 hotels. Then you check in and proceed to your hotel, just not as clear as it could be. Other than confusion at check in everything was great!”
